Getting Started:

 

1.  　Choose your favorites items and order.

2.     Sign-up as a fashioncastle2u member if you are a first-time customer. It's FREE.

3.     Enter the details and select payment method.

4.     Make the payment and contact us your detail.

5.    Please allow 7-19 days for items delivery.

 

 

Sign Up Member:

 

Just fill up your particulars in "Fashioncastle2u > Sign-Up" and submit. You are required to enter your Member ID and password each time you ordering.

 

 

Forgot Password:

 

Go to "Sign in > Forgot Password" and enter your Member ID and Email. Your password will be email to you.

  

 

Change your profile:

 

If you like to update your profile either new email addresses or contact number, kindly goes to "My Acc > Change Profile" and fills.

 

 

Order Cancellation:

 

Your order is consider cancelled if we did not receive the total amount of your purchases after 3 days of the Order Confirmation unless we get a prior notice from you.

 

 

Order Confirmation

 

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email together with an Order Number and all the details. Kindly print a copy for your reference. If you do not receive the Order Confirmation after a business day, please Contact Us.

Please pay only after you agreed with the Order Confirmation.

 

 

Delivery Time:

 

For READY items, order will be process soon after payment is received. You are expected to receive your orders within 3 to 5 business days.

For PRE-ORDER items, you will receive the goods in estimated 7~19 working days from the payment date.

All the pre-order items are imported and processes according to the stock availability and procedures of different suppliers. Therefore, sometimes it may take longer time to proceed. Please do order only if you agreed with the waiting period.

We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary particularly during holiday periods. We cannot guarantee the delivery time but we'll do our best to process your orders soonest possible.

Order received on Weekend and Public Holidays are usually processed by the end of the next business day.
